Second in a series of four works created for Fixing the Earth: NOW! show at Humboldt State University.

Fixing the Earth: NOW! sheds light on the traditional tribal practice of healing the earth through World Renewal Ceremonies. The exhibit highlights an on-going dialogue about World Renewal and art between the artists, cultural leaders and community members. These works represent an annual cycle of renewal. They look in all directions, at other times, places, and possibilities. They look back to the original instructions to help us find a new way to live.

This piece will be going to Astana, Kazakhstan in the spring of 2023 for several years as part of the Art in Embassies program under the U.S. Department of State. Collection of the artist.
