Second in a series of four works created for Fixing the Earth: NOW! show at Humboldt State University.

My goal in making art is to shift the perception of Native cultures from looking backwards in history to building new Indigenous futures. While we live in the now and always are looking to the future, old knowledge is still relevant. The ritual of rebirth is an ancient story that is shared across cultures and continents.
